Fix beaglev ahead support proposal for gsoc

This is a proposal for gsoc to fix the beaglev ahead support This board needs a lot of work to be done before it is like other boards from the beagleboard family.

I am dont know who the mentors will be so I just mentioned the names of jkridner and lorforlinux.

Any suggestions would be helpful.
