fix#84feedback-missing-pointers

I've created a new pin out diagram based on the live version of the most recent version of the BeagleY-AI board which has been featured predominantly, I have added links to the live version and also have added links to all early usage demos.

While @lorforlinux’s existing diagram (located at boards/beagley/ai/images/gpio/beagley-ai-pinout.png) remains the primary reference which was later pointed out, but since I’ve already made an alternative version, I have included it as a supplementary resource for future use cases.
