No need to use a CI_TOKEN in the repositories URLs.

Support the use of CI_MERGE_REUEST_SOURCE_PROJECT_URL as first argument.
This URL is an https URL which needs to be translated into a https
gitlab-ci-token URL.

We need to provide the URL of the repositry containing the component
under test to handle the case where we are running CI for a merge
request from a forked repository.

Remove the "ci" argument and instead modify the git links to something
accessble from within the gitlab CI system.

The previously used branch no longer exists. It was a temporary branch.

The source branch of the tested item should always be adjusted to point
at the at the pull request's branch under test.

The HSS uses develop-beaglev-fire and main-beaglev-fire branches
instead of master and develop to keep away from the Microchip repo
history. Branches master and develop of the HSS repo should not be
used for the BeagleV-Fire.
