Board selection improved, tool/packages checks improved, cloning improved, error when different HSS supplied fixed, additional features added, refactored export fns

Board naming scheme now matches HSS scheme, tools/packages missing clearly indicated if missing, clone function knows if the new HSS or any source repo has a new repo origin if it has the same repo name and will replace the folder, (official HSS release asset can now also be supplied) as type type:download, with the link pointing to the release asset, additional debugging output is included in the gateware script, work is underway on adding the icicle-kit as another supported board, current constraints can be viewed as placeholder.
