It uses UART1 that has corrected RX/TX lines for use
with PocketBeagle-based BeagleConnect Gateway or
updated Robotics Cape.

UART1 is the one next to the battery connector, CC1352 and antenna.

UART0 is the one with the MSP430, USB connector, buttons and LEDs.

fix path to SDK for cache

Update to latest with C4/C5 support

Update board design to version C5

Also WIP on README got dragged into this commit
